Once we have a Marketing Plan we can execute the strategies, and tactics, in the plan and measure what's working. Then we can do more of what's working and less of what's not working.
Marketing Plan
A detailed Marketing Plan creates a framework to implement and measure your marketing strategies. The is no 'magic bullet' so your plan needs to be adaptable so we can focus efforts (and budget) on what's working best.
By measuring the Return On Investment (ROI) on the different marketing strategies we can adapt the plan. We need to continually "test and measure" because a strategy or tactic that worked yesterday may not work tomorrow.

We start by analysing you business, website, competitors and resources you have available so we can choose a plan: Done For You (D4Y), Done With You (DWY) or Do It Yourself (DIY). We then work with you to build a plan so we can get the maximum result for your budget.
Your marketing, like your website (yes you need a website) will never be "finished". The online marketing world is constantly shifting, more than ever. We have regular sessions with you where we review the results so we can adjust the plan as needed.
