Your HubSpot Expert and AI Team. Working With You, On Your Business, in HubSpot.
Get ongoing support from a certified HubSpot expert, an AI integrator, and a growing team of specialist agents – all working inside a structured quarterly planning system to help you get ROI from HubSpot, faster.
You get Mike Eastwood (Gold HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2016), an AI integrator called Clara, and a team of specialist agents – working together to make HubSpot work harder for your business.

Are you getting ROI from your HubSpot investment?
HubSpot has evolved from a CRM into a powerful platform for marketing, sales, service, content, reporting, operations, commerce, and AI. With Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub all connected through HubSpot's CRM, the platform can now do more for your business than ever before.
That is the opportunity.
The challenge is that most businesses are still only using a fraction of what they already pay for – not because HubSpot is lacking, but because the platform now demands more time, more capability, and more coordination than most teams can realistically provide in-house.
In 2025 alone, HubSpot made over 400 product releases and updates. In 2024, they introduced Breeze AI across every Hub. The pace hasn't slowed since. AI has raised the stakes again – more tools, more updates, more possibilities, more complexity.
You didn't hire a HubSpot team. You bought powerful software and now it's doing more than ever – while you're still expected to run your business, manage your customers, and somehow stay on top of every new feature, workflow, and automation that HubSpot rolls out.
And if you've tried to solve this with a HubSpot freelancer or a consultant who set things up and moved on, you already know the problem. The setup degrades. The processes break. Nobody's watching the dashboard.
You need more than occasional advice. You need an ongoing partnership with someone who understands HubSpot deeply, keeps up with every change, and brings the tools to actually execute – not just advise.
What do you get with a HubSpot expert and AI team?
This is not a consultant who hands you a strategy document and disappears. It's not a chatbot. It's an ongoing partnership between you, a certified HubSpot expert, and a team of AI agents – all working inside a structured quarterly planning system.
Here's what makes it different:
Mike Eastwood leads every client relationship. He's the Visionary – a Gold HubSpot Solutions Partner with a decade of hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing, sales, service, CMS, and app development. He sets the strategy, runs your meetings, and makes the judgment calls.
Clara is your AI Integrator. Clara orchestrates the AI agents, manages planning and delivery, takes notes in workshops, creates tasks, and follows up between meetings. Clara operates within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework as the Integrator to Mike's Visionary – making sure strategy becomes execution.
Specialist agents do the work between meetings. Marketing, sales, SEO, prospecting, reporting, advertising strategy – each agent is built for a specific function and works on your behalf using allocated Agent Hours. Every piece of work is reviewed and approved by a human before it reaches you.
QTRBK provides the structure. Quarterly Business Reviews, SMART Goals, regular check-ins, and accountability – so the work stays on track and you can measure progress. QTRBK is included in every plan.
The result: you get the expertise of a HubSpot partner agency, the execution capacity of an AI team, and the accountability of a structured planning system – without the cost of hiring more people.
Who is behind your HubSpot expert and AI team?
Mike Eastwood – Visionary
Mike Eastwood is the founder of Webalite and a recognised HubSpot expert with over a decade of experience helping businesses grow with HubSpot. His background in design, technology, and three decades of business experience give him a unique perspective on how to make HubSpot work for real businesses – not just in theory.
Certified HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2016. Webalite has been a Certified HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2016, exceeding the requirements for Gold Partner status in 2020. As a certified partner, Webalite is authorised to run HubSpot Onboarding and HubSpot Training for new and existing HubSpot customers.
It's worth noting that the HubSpot Solutions Partner Programme has changed to a "pay to play" model since Webalite joined, so it's worth checking reviews on the HubSpot Marketplace before you select a HubSpot Partner.
HubSpot Community Champion since 2019. Mike has been helping people in the HubSpot Community since 2017. His expertise was recognised with Community Champion status in 2019, and he is consistently in the Top Twenty of the All-Time Solutions Leaderboard.
You'll also catch Mike on HubSpot Webinars and other Community Events.
Certified HubSpot Solutions Partner
Webalite is a Certified HubSpot Partner Agency providing HubSpot services since 2016. We exceeded the requirements to achieve Gold Partner status in 2020.
As a Certified HubSpot Solutions Partner we are authorised to run HubSpot Onboarding and implementation for new HubSpot customers and HubSpot Training for existing HubSpot customers.

INBOUND Correspondent 2023–2025
Mike has been invited as an INBOUND Correspondent at HubSpot's INBOUND event in Boston three years running – sharing knowledge and connecting with HubSpot Partners, Community Members, and consultants from around the world.
Over a dozen HubSpot certifications across inbound marketing, content marketing, email marketing, sales software, customer engagement, web design, and the HubSpot CMS.
Clara – AI Integrator
Clara is Webalite's AI Integrator – an AI Agent who orchestrates the agent team, manages planning and delivery, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.
In the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, the Integrator is the person who turns the Visionary's ideas into reality. Clara fills that role for your partnership – supporting the process through note-taking, action capture, task coordination, follow-up, and delivery orchestration.
Clara is not a chatbot and not a generic AI assistant. Clara is a purpose-built integrator with defined personality traits, skills, and responsibilities – designed to work alongside Mike and your team.
The Agent Team
Behind Mike and Clara is a growing team of specialist AI agents, each built for a specific function:
Functional Agents: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations – managing the core business functions within your HubSpot environment.
Specialist Agents: SEO, Prospecting, Advertising Strategy, Reporting – going deep on specific disciplines to deliver work you'd otherwise need to hire for.
Every agent operates within the hierarchy: Mike (Visionary) sets direction, Clara (Integrator) coordinates, and the agents execute. All work is reviewed and approved before it reaches you.
Some of these agents are already active. Others are still being built out. This is designed as a growing capability, not a fixed service package. New agents come online as they're tested and proven on Webalite's own systems first.
What is QTRBK?
QTRBK is the operating system underneath your HubSpot expert and AI team. It provides the structure that makes the partnership accountable and measurable – so you're not just getting advice, you're tracking real progress against real goals.
QTRBK includes:
-
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess progress, adjust strategy, and plan the next quarter
-
SMART Goals set collaboratively and tracked throughout the quarter
-
Regular check-ins aligned to your meeting cadence (monthly, fortnightly, or weekly)
-
Portal support and health monitoring to keep your HubSpot environment running smoothly
QTRBK is included in every plan at no additional cost. You can see standalone QTRBK pricing at qtrbk.com – its inclusion in your plan represents significant added value.
Without QTRBK, AI execution is fast but directionless. With it, every Agent Hour is tied to a goal, every meeting has an agenda, and every quarter has a measurable outcome.
What is included in your plan?
Included in every plan:
-
Recurring meetings (monthly, fortnightly, or weekly depending on your plan) – recorded so you can revisit anything discussed
-
Expert HubSpot support between meetings – for when you need help with HubSpot or anything related to your digital marketing
-
QTRBK – quarterly planning, SMART Goals, check-ins, and accountability built into every plan
-
Agent Hours – AI agents doing work on your behalf between meetings, with all output reviewed before delivery
-
HubSpot Breeze AI implementation and optimisation – helping you use HubSpot's native AI tools effectively
-

-
Tips, tricks, and techniques to use HubSpot faster with less effort
-
Dashboard reviews to ensure your marketing and sales efforts are generating results
-
Campaign planning for future events, content marketing, and marketing campaigns
What's not included:
Full inbound marketing campaign execution, large-scale marketing automation builds, website development, HubSpot Onboarding for new customers, and HubSpot CRM Migrations are separate services. We're happy to scope and quote these as standalone projects. We can also teach you to build HubSpot Workflows yourself, or assemble a team to implement your digital marketing.
What is an Agent Hour?
Agent Hours are the simplest way to understand the execution layer inside your plan. They represent the work your AI-supported team does on your behalf between meetings.
That might include research, analysis, setup support, optimisation tasks, documentation, follow-up work, planning support, and selected implementation activity.
Agent Hours are allocated per plan tier: 5/month on Starter, 15/month on Professional, and 30/month on Enterprise. They're designed to be easy to understand and easy to compare across plans.
You don't need to think about tokens, models, or AI infrastructure. You just need to know how much execution capacity is included in your plan – and that every output is reviewed by a human before it reaches you.
Why businesses trust Webalite with their HubSpot
Portal-iQ + HubSpot Customer Agent – ROI in 24 Hours
When Webalite implemented the HubSpot Customer Agent on the Portal-iQ website, it paid for itself within 24 hours.
Portal-iQ is based in New Zealand but serves an international client base – which means the time zones are rarely in our favour. A new client signed up for an audit and then panicked because the expected delivery time was going to fall after their meeting deadline. Instead of waiting for a response from our side of the world, they chatted with the Customer Agent. It explained how the process worked, suggested the audit could be expedited, and directed them to a form to make the request. The client completed the form, and I was able to jump in, handle the request, and deliver the audit before the deadline.
Without the Customer Agent, we would have missed the deadline and had to refund the order. That single interaction covered the entire cost of implementing the Customer Agent – in less than 24 hours.
Mike is amazing and is always there with great ideas to help enhance my business using HubSpot. No question is a silly question and has freed me up to do my job whilst HubSpot sits in the background working away.
– Katie Baker, Wellington, New Zealand.
What we need from you
Your business should be one where inbound marketing or content marketing is a good fit for HubSpot. Typically you sell a product or service that is higher in value with a longer sales cycle.

- An invitation to log into your HubSpot Portal as a HubSpot Solutions Partner (there's a special login type – we'll send you a link)
- Access to your Google Search Console (if you don't have one, we can set it up)
-
A copy of your marketing strategy, marketing personas, and customer journey map (if you need a fresh start, check out the Webalite Signature Programme)
-
You'll need to manage your customer data – we'll give you expert guidance and best practices
-
A workshop to map your tech stack – we need to understand your systems and software
If you have specific business needs, please contact Mike to discuss your goals.

Mike has been immeasurably invaluable to our business and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had come from a completely different industry and needed very basic training in all aspects of the HubSpot platform. Over the last 3 years, through Mike's patient guidance and tuition, I am now familiar and competent navigating every feature required to make our work lives easier. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and I highly recommend his services.

How does it work?
Step 1: Book a discovery call. We'll talk about your business, your HubSpot setup, and what you're trying to achieve. No obligation, no pressure – just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Step 2: Kick-off session. Meet Mike and Clara, map your HubSpot stack, review your current setup, and set your first QTRBK goals. This is where we build the foundation for everything that follows.
Step 3: Your first quarter. Regular meetings at your chosen cadence. Agent Hours allocated to real work on your HubSpot portal. SMART Goals tracked in QTRBK. You'll see progress within weeks, not months.
Step 4: Review and expand. At the end of each quarter, we review what worked, adjust the plan, and add specialist agents as your needs grow. The team scales with your business.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do we need to commit?
There is no long-term lock-in. While we offer a minimum quantity of one month, we see the best results for business growth when you commit to improvement over the medium term – typically six months or more. Inbound marketing and content marketing are long-term strategies that compound over time.
How long until we see business growth?
Your sales process, marketing strategy, and speed of implementation will determine the pace of results. Advertising-driven lead generation with active sales follow-up is faster but more expensive. Content marketing and marketing automation take longer but build sustainable growth. We'll help you find the right balance for your business.
How do we change or cancel our plan?
Simply contact Mike Eastwood and let him know how you'd like to change. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can't we just hire a HubSpot freelancer or consultant?
You can, and if you do, we're happy to coach them. In our experience, many HubSpot freelancers and some consultants know the software well but may not understand your business needs or technical requirements. Working with Webalite gives you both – deep HubSpot expertise and a structured system for making it work for your specific business.
Do you guarantee results?
No. As HubSpot specialists, we cannot guarantee specific results. But in our experience, consistent action and continual improvement produce results. The goal is business growth with less effort – and QTRBK's structured planning keeps us accountable to that goal.
We inherited a mess – can you help?
Yes. We often work with businesses where a freelancer set things up and moved on, an employee left and took the HubSpot knowledge with them, or the platform was never set up properly in the first place. We typically recommend starting with a HubSpot Audit via Portal-iQ to identify what needs fixing, then we prioritise and work through it systematically.
What is an Agent Hour?
An Agent Hour is a unit of AI work done on your behalf between meetings. Think of it like a retainer hour, but instead of a person doing the work, a specialist AI agent handles it – with human review before anything reaches you. Agent Hours are allocated per plan tier: 5/month on Starter, 15/month on Professional, and 30/month on Enterprise.
Who is Clara?
Clara is Webalite's AI Integrator. Clara operates within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework as the Integrator to Mike's Visionary role – orchestrating the AI agent team, managing planning and delivery, taking notes in workshops, creating tasks, and ensuring follow-up happens between meetings. Clara is a named AI personality with defined traits and skills – not a generic chatbot.
Will AI have access to our HubSpot data?
AI agents work within defined boundaries and only access the data needed for their specific tasks. All access is authorised through your HubSpot Portal's partner login, and you control what level of access we have. No data is shared outside your account.
What AI tools does Webalite use?
Webalite uses a combination of HubSpot Breeze AI (HubSpot's native AI tools across all Hubs) and Anthropic Claude for agent orchestration, planning, and specialist tasks. We test every AI tool and process on our own business before recommending it to clients.
Is the AI work reviewed before it reaches us?
Yes – always. No AI-generated work is delivered to you without human review and approval. Mike or Clara reviews every output before it's shared. You then approve it before it goes live. The human-in-the-loop is non-negotiable.
How is this different from using HubSpot's built-in AI?
HubSpot Breeze AI is a powerful set of native tools – and we help you use them. But Breeze works within HubSpot's interface and is limited to what HubSpot has built. Working with Webalite adds an expert layer on top: custom agents for your specific workflows, strategic planning via QTRBK, and a team that connects the dots across your entire HubSpot stack. We use Breeze as one tool among many, not as a replacement for expertise.
What is the difference between working with Webalite and hiring a HubSpot freelancer?
A HubSpot freelancer is typically a single person you hire for specific tasks. With Webalite you get an ongoing partnership that includes a certified HubSpot expert (Mike), an AI integrator (Clara), specialist AI agents, a quarterly planning system (QTRBK), and allocated Agent Hours for execution between meetings. It's the difference between hiring a contractor and having a team.
Ready to get more from HubSpot?
If HubSpot is becoming more important to your business, you need more than occasional advice. You need a team that can help you think clearly, move faster, and turn AI into practical progress – without losing human oversight.
